Privacy Policy (DSGVO)

In the sense of article 6 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the processing of your personal data takes place exclusively for purposes of the contract fulfillment or for the purpose of the implementation of pre-contractual measures (consultation, transmission of product information and submission of offers).

The data are retained until the termination of the business relationship or until expiry of the applicable warranty, warranty, statute-barred and statutory retention periods or until the termination of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.

For the purposes of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation, reference is expressly made to the existence of the following data subject rights:

- Right of access to the personal data concerned
- Right to rectification
- Right to cancellation
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability
- Complaint to the supervisory authority (data protection authority)
